  • Do you have a lost and found?
    • Yes, any found items are turned into management and inquiries can be made over the phone or in person.
       
  • What are “pass restricted films”?
    • Due to our contractual obligations with the film studios, we are unable to redeem courtesy or promotional passes until new films have ran a course of two weeks.
       
  • What does “no passes” on your ticket page mean?
    • For movies with “No Passes” listed under them you will not be able to redeem Courtesy or Promotional passes for that title.
       
  • Do you have value days?
    • Currently, we don’t offer value days.
       
  • Is there a parking lot?
    • There is a pay to park parking lot on Emmet Street (attach google map link) and street parking on Milwaukee.
       
  • What is the age range for a child’s ticket?
    • A child’s ticket is valid for children ages 3-11 years old.
       
  • What tickets discounts do you offer?
    • Students, seniors, and active military are all $9. (Must present valid student ID.)
       
  • Can we bring our drinks from the bar into the auditorium?
    • All bar drinks can be brought in to watch your movie. Glass cups and bottles must be put into plastic before entering the auditorium.
       
  • Can children see R- rated movies?
    • Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted into R rated films. Children 6 and over must have a parent/guardian present for the entirety of the movie.  If children are found unattended they will be asked to leave and sit in the lobby.
       
  • How do I book a screening or private event?
  • Is your popcorn vegan?
    • Our popcorn is all vegan without the real butter topping we offer. Our popcorn is made with Canola oil and butter flavored salt.
       
  • What kind of food do you serve?
    • Outside of the usually movie theater snacks we also offer a variety of pretzels, chicken tenders, and personal pizzas. View our Food & Drink page for more.
       
  • Do you have reserved seating?
    • We do not offer reserved seating.
       
  • Do your seats recline?
    • Our seats are standard ultra-cushion movie theater seats.
       
  • Do you offer refunds for tickets?
    • We do not offer refunds but can offer a pass to revisit at your convenience.
       
  • What are your hours of operation?
    • Most of the year we open at 1:30 pm and during the summer, beginning the last week of June, we open at 11:30 am. Closing times vary as it is dependent on the end time of the movies we are playing.
       
  • Do you have stadium seating?
    • No.
       
  • Where are the movies for next week?
    • Movie schedules are done every Tuesday for the week until the following Tuesday. Upcoming movies we may be booking are usually listed in our lobby poster showcases.
       
  • Do you offer a membership program?
    • Our program in partnership with Spring Rewards has ended as Spring is discontinued, however, a new bigger and better rewards program is on its way!
